Job Description

  • Formulating business strategies to drive sales with current and new banks, for Mintoak products

  • Aligning clients on the strategies formulated in order to achieve projected revenue

  • Working closely with analytics to study portfolio behavior and suggest growth initiatives

  • Ensuring end to end implementation of deliverables as per timeline agreed with clients

Skills and Experience

  • ● 4-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, with a strong background in client relationship management, sales, and project delivery within the fintech or SaaS industry.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Basic tech understanding required.

  • Proven experience managing client accounts, including revenue responsibility and sales targets.

  • Ability to interact independently with clients

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA from a leading institute

  • Experience working in a fast growing fintech startup is a plus

  • 4-5 years’ experience of managing tech sales for B2B
